IntuEstate ("we," "us") is a real estate search and client-management platform for Northwest Arkansas, used by the licensed agent or brokerage identified in the app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the app, the public website, and the messages we send.

We collect information you give us, information created by your use of the app, and information from data providers:

• Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, password, and whether you are buying, selling, or exploring.
• Property activity such as searches, saved searches, favorites, listing views, showing requests, and comparison or analysis tools you run.
• Messages and requests you send to your agent, including consultation forms, portal messages, and any files you upload, such as transaction documents.
• Client records an agent creates about you in order to work with you, including contact preferences, criteria, and notes.
• Usage and device data such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location derived from your network, browser type, and cookie or local-storage identifiers.

Property listing information comes from participating MLS and IDX data sources and is subject to their data-use rules. County and city records, tax figures, infill scores, and future land-use designations come from public agency data. We do not control these sources and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Some listing data must be limited or purged according to the data-use terms of the supplying MLS.

• To create and secure your account and save your searches, homes, and preferences.
• To show you listings, market statistics, valuations, and property records that match your criteria.
• To connect you with an agent, respond to your requests, and share the homes and updates you asked for.
• To send the emails and texts you requested, such as home alerts, market updates, and follow-ups.
• To understand how the app is used so we can improve it, and to detect abuse or fraud.
• To meet legal, fair-housing, MLS, and consent-record obligations.

• With the licensed agent or brokerage you contact or register with, so they can help you.
• With service providers who run the platform for us: hosting and database providers, MLS data feeds, email and text delivery, e-signature, and location or mapping data.
• When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of users or others.
• In connection with a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising by third parties.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your searches, and measure site usage. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; some features, such as saved searches, will not work without them. A cookie notice is shown on your first visit.

When you submit a request or check a consent box, you agree that the agent and its team may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, including by autodialed or prerecorded means. Consent is not a condition of buying, selling, or making an offer. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask the agent to stop contacting you, and you may update your communication preferences in the app. We keep a record of your consent choices.

We keep account and client information while your account or the agent relationship is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements. Listing and MLS-derived data is kept no longer than the supplying MLS allows. You can delete your account at any time from the account settings in the app; see below.

• Update your name, contact information, and preferences in account settings.
• Delete your account from the account settings page. This removes your profile, saved searches, favorites, and portal access. Records an agent is legally required to keep, such as transaction files, may be retained by that brokerage.
• Change which emails and texts you receive, or unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it, by contacting the agent listed in the app.
• California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information and to opt out of sharing; we do not sell personal information.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions so each agent works only within their own client records. Private client documents are stored privately and served through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure; please choose a strong password and tell us about any suspected unauthorized access.

The app is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We support the Fair Housing Act and Equal Opportunity in housing. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Property information is presented without regard to those characteristics. If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you may report it to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission.

We may update this policy as the app or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
